If covered by our limited warranty, your OtterBox or LifeProof product will be replaced at no charge to you except for shipping, handling and applicable taxes. We stand by our products. Learn more about our OtterBox warranty statement or our LifeProof warranty statement.
We want to make this process as easy as possible. We will just need you to answer a few questions and we will have your replacement on its way at no charge to you except for shipping, handling and applicable taxes.
Please hold on to your damaged product. We will ask for photos of the damaged product, or that damaged products be returned to us.
