SMS Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These SMS Terms and Conditions (these “ Terms”) apply to all SMS messages sent by Otter Products, LLC (“we”). By signing up for marketing and/or warranty SMS messages, you are consenting to receive SMS messages from us. These messages may be recurring or one-time SMS messages. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

SMS messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent to SMS messages is required to facilitate your warranty claim. We will only send you the types of SMS messages to which you have consented.

By signing up to receive SMS messages, you are confirming you are over the age of 18.

Marketing Messages

By opting in to marketing SMS messages, you consent to receive mobile text alerts regarding promotions, general information about our products and services, order alerts, and cart reminders.

Opt-Out Information

You may opt out of receiving marketing SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to 51427 or by submitting a request via our SMS Opt-Out Form. When opting out via text, you will receive a confirmation text that you have been opted out of SMS marketing messages. When opting out via our webform, you will receive a confirmation email once you have been opted out of SMS marketing messages. If you would like to restart receiving SMS messages, you will need to provide your consent again using one of the methods described above.

Warranty Messages

By submitting your warranty claim, you consent to receive mobile text alerts from us relating to your warranty claim. You may opt out of warranty related SMS messages at any time using one of the methods described below.

Opt-Out Information

You may opt out of receiving warranty related SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to 1-858-943-6655 or calling us at 1-855-688-7269. When opting out via text, you will receive a confirmation text that you have been opted out of warranty related SMS messages.

Disclaimer

We are not, and will not be, liable for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your network operator. These Terms are effective as of the last updated date.
